The Tacony LAB Community Art Center is proud to announce the latest art exhibit in the Community Gallery Space.
The Artist and the Dream is an exhibit of artwork by Sheila Fox, a Northeast Philadelphia expressionist multi media artist. Feelings of love, vulnerability, grief and loss are communicated in the artwork that comes out of Sheila’s archetypal dream work practice. Her passion for social justice is also reflected in several of her pieces. There is also a selection of work made in 2017 when Sheila was seriously ill with sepsis and used her artwork as therapy in her recovery.
Join us for a First Friday exhibit opening on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. The exhibit will remain on display until March 27, 2020 during regular hours.
