Mural Dedication: Tim Spencer

Come out to dedicate a new mural at 34th and Wallace: artist Willis Humphrey honors Mantua’s own Tim Spencer, who dedicated his life to helping to better those in Mantua and all over the city of Philadelphia. Spencer founded the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network, which was the precursor to the organization that we now know as Mural Arts Philadelphia. Along with the dedication, there will also be refreshments. Come celebrate with us!
