Mural Dedication: Your Hands Shimmering on the Legs of Rain

Please join Mural Arts and Philadelphia Water (PWD) for a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony to celebrate the completion of PWD’s first official mural. Located at a new rain garden site in the Hestonville community, where new stormwater management infrastructure has been implemented in correlation to PWD’s “Green City, Clean Water” initiative, the mural celebrates the flow of water through human life.
