In partnership with Grant Blvd, Mural Arts’ Restorative Justice team will host another Finally Friday event featuring artist Carlos Walker. Walker will participate in a Panel Discussion at Maken Studios with Dr. Kimberly McGlonn, owner of Grant Blvd and Black Ivy Thrift, and the mind behind her sewist program for formerly incarcerated women. The two creatives will discuss their work in the justice-impacted community, moderated by Mural Arts’ Dominique Smack. Walker’s works will be on display at Grant Blvd, 140 S 34th Street, from June 17 through August 22 and are available for purchase.
