Viking Ship COMPLETE

Dennis Mcnett’s Viking ship project was wrapped up at the end of last week. (For background on this project, click here.) I visited his temporary studio at the Asian Arts Initiative on Friday afternoon, just before he left town.

Consensus? The ship is spectacular. Because the sail can’t be raised in this studio space, these aren’t quite final images. To see it in person, complete and in all it’s glory, come to our annual Art Ed Exhibition in May 8th at the Crane Arts building. In the meantime, here are some more images:
