Surprise Marriage Proposal on Love Letter Tour

Canadian couple Todd and Meaghan learned about Mural Arts Philadelphia’s Love Letter project and coordinated an extended layover in Philadelphia (while traveling to France) to experience the wildly popular tour. Todd contacted the Mural Arts tour office with the idea of proposing on the tour and we presented him with an idea he couldn’t refuse.
