Mural Arts Philadelphia is proud to partner with The GIANT Company on a major project about Food Justice asking, how can we transform our food systems into equitable engines for healthy, empowered communities? After three virtual workshops hosted by Amber Art & Design featuring local food justice advocates and artists, Ernel Martinez designed a mural which will be installed under JFK Blvd on 23rd st., only a few blocks away from The GIANT Company’s Riverwalk GIANT, its urban flagship store in Philadelphia.
