This crisis has provoked an unprecedented response from governments, organizations, and communities. Mural Arts has taken up the call and is putting art to work by delivering vital public health messages, connecting neighbors in need, and creating artwork that offers hope to the community.

Art reminds us why we are alive. Art is at work in an open mic night produced online, in wheat pastes sprinkled across the city, in the beautiful cacophonous sounds of pots and pans cheering our first responders, and in daily art education classes from teaching artists around the globe.
