Join Mural Arts at the Tacony LAB for the dedication of Symbols and Sources: The Tacony Banner Project, a series of 44 unique street banners installed along Torresdale Avenue.

The banners were developed by LAB resident artist Mat Tomezsko with the collaboration of community members who participated in painting workshops at the LAB. The project was created through a partnership between Mural Arts Philadelphia and the Tacony Community Development Corporation.

After the dedication, join us for refreshments, a concert by Giana Lynn in the Solar Art Parklet, and an art show of work created during this inaugural year of the LAB (in partnership with the Mayfair Arts Initiative).
