In honor of Mural Arts Month, the Tacony Lab will be showcasing artworks created by recent resident artists and instructors. The currently installed work, Meeting Us in the Middle Making Space for Our Blackness and our Queerness is on display in the Fibers and Gallery space, while History and Home, a multi-media collage is displayed in the main studio area. Additional works by recent instructors, some of which became connected with the Tacony Lab through the resident artist application process will also be on display. The showcase will take place on Saturday October 16 from noon to 4pm.
