Mural Arts Philadelphia’s citywide Monument Lab continues with a Saturday Spotlight event at Penn Treaty Park, with music and food from 1–4 p.m. This event will feature Monument Lab artists Billy Dufala and Lucia Thome of RAIR. See the projects currently installed at the park: Duane Linklater’s In Perpetuity sheds light on the treaty referenced in the park’s name, between William Penn and Lenape Chief Tamanend, while RAIR’s Plainsight Is 20/20 evokes the tension between Philadelphia’s green spaces and escalating development.
