Come paint with us! Join us in painting a new mural from artist Willis Humphrey honoring Mantua’s own Tim Spencer, who dedicated his life to Mantua and all of Philadelphia. Spencer founded the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network, which was the precursor to the organization that we now know as Mural Arts Philadelphia.
