Join us at Temple Contemporary for the opening of Many Hands, an exhibition from artists Kathryn Pannepacker and Lisa Kelley, as well as members of the Kensington community. At Porch Light’s Kensington Storefront, Pannepacker and Kelley teach “Tuesday Tea and Textiles” workshops, where they create a sanctuary through art and work with participants on colorful textile projects. Between June and August of 2018, participants created woven, sewn, and stitched pieces that reflect their stories and struggles. These works of art show the resilience of members of the Kensington community, including those who may struggle with trauma and addiction.
