What happens when you make a giant mural out of yarn? Come to the Marian Anderson Rec Center on June 5 and find out! We’re dedicating artist Olek’s newest installment in her Love Across the USA series, a community-made public art project that highlights the accomplishments of women throughout US history. We’ve partnered with the Barnes Foundation for community crochet workshops, where people from across the city have created squares for the mural with their own hands.
