Mural Dedication: Kuba Kingdom

Join us to dedicate a new mural, Kuba Kingdom, designed by artist Danny Simmons and painted by artist Gabe Tiberino. Simmons is an abstract-expressionist painter and the co-founder of the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, which provides under-served youth with contemporary art education, and develops and supports artists, curators, and new audiences. The mural is across the street from Rush Arts Gallery, a community-driven art space focused on community revitalization, providing arts-based opportunities for local youth as well as local artists and curators.
