Mural Dedication: Cultivate Respect

As part of Love Your Park Week, join Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, the Philadelphia Water Department, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, and Mural Arts on the basketball courts at Wissinoming Park to dedicate Barbara Smolen’s Cultivate Respect and celebrate recent park improvement projects! Renovations include a new playground and sprayground, stormwater management, ADA accessibility improvements, and the beautiful floral mural that is all about respecting one another. This mural was created in collaboration with the Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia, and is the first in a series of projects celebrating civic dialogue.
