At this town hall meeting, the public will be invited to participate in a discussion about encouraging civic discourse. In collaboration with the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center, with the African American Museum in Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and Monument Lab, this event is part of a larger nationwide effort called For Freedoms, culminating in an exhibition at Crane Arts and a citywide billboard project. Students from our 12 Art Education sites across the city learned about photography, created photo backdrops, and modeled yearbook-style for renowned Philadelphia photographers. Learn more here.
