After a three-year hiatus, Neighborhood Time Exchange is back! Mosaic artist Ellen Tiberino is the first Neighborhood Time Exchange artist-in-residence, working in the studio space at 4017 Lancaster Avenue through July 2018.

Describing working with stained glass to create mosaics as “painting with glass,” Ellen creates art to capture the earth’s natural beauty. At this public artist talk, she will expand on the inspiration for her work and discuss her family’s museum in the heart of West Philly. Light refreshments will be provided.
