Shepard Fairey and his team worked with Mural Arts to produce his first large-scale mural in the city, Lotus Diamond. The project reacquainted Fairey to Mural Arts, and set the stage for his return in 2015 as a participating artist in the Open Source exhibition. Lotus Diamond has become an iconic sight on Frankford Avenue in Fishtown.
