Electric Philadelphia

Electric Philadelphia by artists David Guinn and Drew Billiau is 8,500-square-foot, two-sided visual neon walls adjacent to Franklin Square, filling color by day and light by night into the 6th Street Bridge underpass beneath the Ben Franklin Bridge. It serves as a gateway to Philadelphia’s Historic District.
