Philadelphia’s fast response to the threat of COVID-19 is a tribute to the City’s dedication to public health and safety, fact-based decision-making, and effective communication with constituents. Through Mural Arts’ decades-long partnership with the City of Philadelphia, we’ve developed deep connections with the city – and made the case for public art at every turn.

The pandemic is no different. As we re-learn how to navigate our neighborhoods and communities, the City has turned to the arts for effective and engaging communications about the new normal.
