Call for Artists: Twin Bridges, East Falls

The Mural Arts Program in partnership with the East Falls community seeks an artist/artist team to create a two or three dimensional public artwork for the Twin Bridges (formerly called The Sports Columns) at the intersection of Ridge Avenue and Ferry Road. The permanent work must be completed and installed by June 30, 2008. The artwork follows site improvements spearheaded by the East Falls Development Corporation.

This opportunity is open to professional artists residing in the USA. Philadelphia artists are urged to apply. Please note this is not a design team commission.

Application deadline: Friday, February 22, 2008 at 5:00 PM.
